Vol. 29 No. 2 (2025): The Journal of Risk Management and Insurance
The Journal of Risk Management and Insurance has been around for the last 30 years. It took tremendous effort from editors and reviewers to maintain a freely accessible journal that does not charge authors with any fees, and we would like to thank everyone who over the years contributed. However, it was increasingly difficult to find reviewers in this setting, especially after the Department of Insurance of Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics was closed. The school is carefully considering how to distribute its limited resources among several journals, and is committed to keep the published articles on this website freely and indefinitely. This includes two excellent articles published in this issue. The first one makes advances in financial modelling, while the second one argues that Confucian cultural presence is negatively correlated with firm risk-taking.
